A. SILFIES, party of the first part, and C. JEFFERSON and MARY
S. DOTSON, his wife, parties of the second part:
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of Ten ($10.00) Dollars,

by acknowledged, the said party of the first part does grant and
convey unto the said C. JEFFERSON DOTSON and MARY S. DOTSON, his
wife, as tenants by the entirety, parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns in fee simple all that piece or parcel o
ground situate, lying and being in Lakewood Park, St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, being all of the same land which the
said patty of the first part obtained from LILLIAN CREASER by
deed dated the 12th day of June, 1964, recorded in Land Records
of St. Lucie County in D.R. Book 92 at Page 465, and as No.
127016 in official Record Book of said County and State:, and
being described as follows, to wit:
Lot numbered 9, Block numbered 48, Unit numbered 5, Lake-
wood Park, St. Lucie County, Florida, as per plat on file in .
Plat Book 11, Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. (Sub3ect to restriction and covenants of record).
TOGETHER with the building and improvements thereupon,
erected, made or being; and all and every, the rights, alleys,
ways, water, privileges, appurtenances, advantages, to the same
belonging or in anywise pertaining.
AND the said party of the first part covenants that she will
