THIS EASEMENT made this ~ day of

as the Grantors, and STo LUCIE COUNTY, Post Office Box 700, Fort
Pierce, Florida, as the Grantee. .
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, a perpetual easement and right of way for
the purpose of clearing, excavating, constructing and maintaining
outfall and drainage ditches and drains in, upon and through the
following described land in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
The North 10 feet of the South 160 feet of Lot 184
of MARAVILLA GARDENS, UNIT 3, as recorded in Plat
Book 6, Page 62, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. EXCEPTING THEREFROM Right-of-way for
State Road 5, a/k/a U. S. Highway No. 1.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, together with immunity unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, from all claims for damage, if any, arising from or
growing out of such construction or maintenance, to the lands owned
by the Grantors, lying .adjacent or contiguous to the lands herein-
above described.
