LUCIS ) Personally appeared before me EDWIN SRICSON, well known to me to be the person making this Affidavit, who, after being first duly sworn, deposes and says upon personal knowledge as follows: 1. That affiant is the brother of AGNSS M. GOSTZRS, de- ceased, and was well acquainted with FRANK J. GOSTZRS and AGNSS M. GOSTZKS, for better than 3_years prior to the demise of FRANK J . GOSTZRS, which took place on the 9 ~" day of , 19 ~ and the subsequent demise of AGNSS M. GOSTZRS, on the 2___ 2nd day of February , 1969. 2. That affiant hereby verifies upon personal knowledge, that FRANIC J. GOSTZRB and AGNSS M. GOSTZRS were man and wife on August 26, 1961, and were so married continuously until the date of death of FRANK J. GOSTZRB aforesaid.
