EYECUTOR' S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the nth day of ,_A,u~ust , 1969,
BETWEEN. EDWIN ERICSON, Executor of Estate of AGNES GOETZKE, Deceased,
party of the first part, and RALPH W. LEDGE and ALETHA LEDGE, his wife,
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH: Said party of the first part, EDWIN ERICSCN, Executor
of the Estate of AGNES GOETZKE, Deceased, on the 5th day of August ,
1969, by petition applied to the County Judge in and for St. Lucie County,
Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate in said County herein-
after described, averring it is necessary and expedient to sell the same
and also each and every jurisdictional fact; and the prayer~in said
petition having appeared to and found by said judge to be reasonable and
just and said petition true and the sale to the best interest of said
estate said Court rendered the order dated the today of Art ,
A.D. 1969, directing said party of the first part to sell the said real
estate at private sale; and thereupon the said party of the first part
contracted to sell the said real estate to the said party of the second

Dollars, to be paid as follows:
Cash at Closing
And said party of the first part reported said contract to said Court,
and said Court baing fully advised in the premises finds that the price
offered for said real estate and said contract fair and reasonable, and
that the conditions of such sale such as the interest of said estate
required, by order rendered on the t~_day of August , A.D. 1969,
ratified and confirmed said contract of sale and ordared said party of

the first part to execute the daed to the said party of the second part
of the real estate as he reinbefore set forth:
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
TWENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED ----------- ($ 27,2~•~) Dollars,
in hand paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains,
se 115, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the said
party of the second part, and to their heirs (successors) and assigns
forever, said certain land in said County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
