to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 31, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TIiIS DEED is given subject to that certain mortgage dated January
16, 1968 in the principal sum of $8,000.00 running in favor of
Federal national mortgage Association, recorded in Offical Record
Book 170, at Page 323, of the public records of St Lucie County,
Florida, which grantees herein agree to assume and pay.
THIS DEED is also given subject to restrictions, easements and
zoning regulations of record.
