a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, the owner and holder
of a certain mortgage given by Branton Spivey and Rudell Spivey, his wife
to Jim Walter Corporation, bearing date the 12th day of February A. D.19 69,
recorded in OR book 1?? ,Page 1343 in the office of the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Florida, securing one certain note
i n the pr i nc i pa 1 sum of Twelve TF.housand Three Hundre8 Filty Five and 20/100
Dollars, and encumbering property more particularly described therein; hereby
acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage, and
surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of the said Circuit
Court to cancel the same of record.
