Florida, viz: Lot 6, Block 45, RIVER PARR, UNIT #5, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, page 31, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. THIS IS A SECOND MORTGAGE. This mortgage is given as additional security for an existing indebtedness owed by H. David Meeks and Mary E. Meeks, his wife, to Ray L. Fisher and Edna L. Fisher, his wife. Said existing indebtedness is already secured by a mortgage dated December 31, 1968, and recorded in O. R. Book 175 at pages 310-312, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the fol- lowing described property: Lot 16 of Block E, MARAVILLA ESTATES, a subdivision as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8 at page 77 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~~ ~; 1 Said existing mortgage having been in default, the remaining unpaid balance was accelerated and became due in one lump swn. In con- sideration of Ray L. Fisher and Edna L. Fisher, his wife, agreeing to an extension of said mortgage, H. David Meeks and Mary E. Meeks have given this mortgage as additional security for said indebted- ness and have signed another promissory note, copy of which is attached hereto,_providing for monthly installments of $100.00 and for interest-on the unpaid balance at the rate of 10$ per annum. Payments are to be applied first to accrued interest and then to reduction of ,principal. The lien of, the original mortgage on said LC~t '16,° ~Blt~ck E; Niaravilla Estiates shall remain in full force and effect according to its original terms, except as modified.,by this agreement. The promissory note attached hereto regreserits'the present batiarice due on the original indebtedness and the terms thereof shall apply to both mortgages. Mortgagees, Ray L. Fisher sad Edna L.
