WITNESSETEI, That if the said party of the second part shall

MORGAN (Pormerly OLGA D. PRICB) 3oined by her husband, JOHN MORGAN,
parties of the first part, and RICHARD A. PAIN, party of the second
part ,
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on his part to be made and performed, the said parties
of the first part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to
the said party of the second part , his heirs, executors, admini-
strators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances
whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the following described
land, situated in the County of Saint Lucie, State of Florida
known and described as follows, to-wit:
Lots 3,4;.5, 6, and 7 of the South 20 feet
of Lot 2, and the N~- of Lot 8, of the Revised
Plat of SAEGBR PLACE, according to the Plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, page 21, of
the public records of St. Lucie Countq, Florida,
together w±±h riparian rights thereunto
appertaining.
And the said party of the second part herebq covenants and
agrees to pay to the said parties of the first part the sum of
Thirty-four Thousand Dollars ($34,000.00) in the manner following:
In four (4) annual installments of One
Thousand Dollars each (61,000) and a
final installment of Thirty Thousand
