recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
There is further included the following described lands tentatively
described as Parcels A, B, C, D and E in Tract A, and tentative Lots
35, 36, 3?, 38 and 51, more fully described by metes and bounds as
a parcel of land in Section 24, Township 3? South, Range 40 East,
St. Lucie County, Fla., more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of Lot 50, Block ?, Plat #
4, Beau Rivage Subdivision, St. Lucie County, Florida, according
to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 33, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Flori da: thence North along the
northerly extension of the East line of said Lot 50 a distance of
195 feet; (NOTE: For the purpose of this description, the easterly
line of Lot 50 is assumed to bear North and South, and all other
bearings used herein are relative thereto): thence West a distance
of 1335.6? feet; thence South 33°45• East a distance of 92.21 feet
to the beginning of a curve concave to the northeast and having a
radius of 300 feet and a central angle of 56° 15•;~thence south-
easterly and easterly along the arc of said curve a distance of
294.52 feet to the end of said curve; thence east along the tangent
to said curve a distance of 810 feet to the west line of Lot 50-A,
Block 7 of aforementioned Plat 4 of Beau Rivage; thence North along
the Westerly line of said Lot 50-A a distance of 15 feet to the
northwesterly corner of said Lots 50-A; thence east along the
northerly line of Lots 50-A and 50 a distance of 225 feet to the
point of beginning. Said parcel containing 5.93 acres.

This Deed is given to correct an error/in a deed between the same
parties dated October 3, 1964, and recorded in Official Records
Book 102, Page 481, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.
