Before me, the undersigned authority, authorized to adminis
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared JAMES K.
WOOLNOUGH, who, after first being duly sworn, deposes and says:
That he is married and his wifets name is MARY AGNES WOOLNOUGI

that Affiant and his sister, ELLEN NMHK3~iQ[C TOOKE, are the only

children of JAMES BARYON WOOLNOUGH and ELSIE ~, WOOLNOUGH, wife of
said JAMES BARYON WOOLNOUGH; that the name of the husband of said
NSUKIRK
ELLEN I~Et~fRHC TOOKE is CHARLES M. TOOKE; that the aforesaid JAMES
BARYON WOOLNOUGH, (father of Affiant) was the only surviving child
of JAMES H. WOOLNOUGH, (grandfather of Affiant whose first wife was ~~
AMANDA WOOLNOUGH; that said AMANDA WOOLNOUGH died and said JAMES
H. WOOLNOUGH married HERMINE WOOLNOUGH, and that as a result of
said second marriage no children were born; that the said JAMES H.
WOOLNOUGH and his first wife, AMANDA WOOLNOUGH, had a daughter in
addition to the aforementioned son, which daughter died a minor
without lineal heir; that the said JAMES H. WOOLNOUGH, at the time
of his demise maintained as his homestead the following described
property, to-wit:
Beginning at a post on the West bank of Indian River, said
post being South 23° 45t East and 791 feet from the North..
east corner of Government Lot 2, thence run West to the West
Section line; thence run South 326 feet; thence run East to
the Indian River; thence run Northwesterly along said Indian
River to point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEET road and rail-
way right-.of»way: in Sec. 18, Tw 36, Range 41 East
that the said JAMES H. WOOLNOUGH, AMANDA WOOLNOUGH, JAMES BARYON

WOOLNOUGH, ELSIE p. WOOLNOUGH, and the infant daughter of JAMES H.
WOOLNOUGH and AMANDA WOOLNOUGH, are all deceased.
