~/ ~ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2181, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 11th day of October, 1967, filed a lien
against any property owned by CARONIAS NEWTON, 1717 North 17th
Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $64.90, said lien
being recorded in Official Record Book 168, at page 1933 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in full and should be dis-

charged and satisfied of record.
NOW+ THEREFORE, BS IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
signers of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this
5th day of August, 1969, that said Board does hereby acknowledge
full payment and satisfaction of said lien and hereby directs the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same of
record.
