KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT THE MARYLAND NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY,
a corporation or nized and existin under the written laws of the state of Georgia has made, constiwted, and

teach) as its true andlawful Attorney-In-Fact,forand in its name, place and stead to execute, seal, acknow-
ledge and deliver on its behalf as Surety and as its act and deed, bonds, undertakings, and contracts of
suretyship, inthe$tateof Florida ,as follows: Bail Bond or any other kind of appearance
bond.
Provided, however, that the said Attorney-In-Factshallattachto every bond or undertaking he executes
on behalf of Maryland National Insurance Company a specific numbered Power of Attorney designating his
authority, otherwise the said bond or undertaking shall be deemed null and void.
A specimen copy of the said numbered Power of Attorney is attached hereto.
The execution and acknowledgment of any such bond by the said Attorney-In-Fact in pursuance of these
presents shall be as binding upon the said Company as fully and amply as if such bond had been executed and
acknowledged by a duly authorized officer of said Company in its home office.
This Power of Attorney is made and executed pursuant to and by authority of the following resolution,
unanimously adopted by the Board of Directors of Maryland National Insurance Company at a meeting held
in the City of Atlanta on March 1, 1967, a quorum being present, which resolution is now in full force and
effect:
"RESOLVED, That the President, any Vice-President and the Secretary of the Company be,
and each one of them hereby is authorized to execute Powers of Attorney, which may be attested
or acknowledged by any Officer or Attorney of the Company, qualifying the Attorney or Attorneys
named in the given Power of Attorney, to execute in behalf of and acknowledge as the act and deed
of Maryland National Insurance Company, all bonds, undertakings and contracts of suretyship, and
to affix the corporate seal thereto: '
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Maryland National Insurance Co y has caused its official seal to be
hereunto affixed and these presents to be signed and sealed by its rued officer this 2dth
day of July , 19 62._.
