Holiday Out Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida (Chapter 711,
P.O.Dratirer 847 Et Seq. 1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is not limited
Jensen Beach, Fla. to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described, including
Henry T. Ogler the limited common elements assigned hereto, and including the undivided
Attorney interest in the common elements of acid Condominium.
This Conveyance is subject to the following:
1. Taxes and assessments for the year 1969 and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations and easements of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and exhibits attached thereto
and the Articles of Incorporatson of the Association named in said
Declaration of Condominium.
