THIS WARRANTY DEED, made this 21st day of February 19 69 ,

The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the heirs,
executors, administrators, suaessors of the grantee and the grantor does warrant the title to all
the premises hereby rnnveyed, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
