This cause came on for trial before the Court Kithout fury
June 23, 1969 and the Court having heard all of the testimor>~y and
argument of counsel and having determined ~udg~-ent should be enter-
ed herein in favor of the plaintiff, C. N. Dunn and against the de-
fendants, Arthur F. Wood, Harold F. Beard and Moseley Collins, it
is thereupon
ORDBR$D AND ADJUD(~I:D that plaintiff, C. N. Dunn do have and
recover of and from defendants Arthur F. Wood, Harold F. Beard and
Moseley Collins the sum of X50,000.00 Principal on the note herein
sued upon, the sum of #9,615.00 interest to date and the sum of
$5,000.00 attorneys' fees as provided bq.said note, making a total
of $64,615.00, for $11 of Mhioh let execution issue.
