By HOWARD W. SAMSON and HELEN D. SAMPSON, his wife, EMERSON G,
SAMSON and IRIS T. SAMSON, his wife, and WILLIAM F. SAMPSON and
BONITA G . SAI~'SON , his wife, hereinafter called the grantors , t o
STANLEY W. BALDIGA and ALMA E. BALDIGA, his wife, and ROBERT W,
Al~URN, SR. and IUUISE H. AMBURN, his wife, as joint tenants, with
rights of survivorship, whose mailing address is 712 Camellia Lane
Vero Beach, Florida, hereinafter called the grantees:
WITNESSETH: That the grantors for and in consideration of t
sum of Ten and no/100 ($10.00) Dollars and other valuable cons
~ations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and conf irm unto the
grantees, all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Flor
(described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 128, Unit L0, LAKEWOOD PARK SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Buok 11, pages 29A, 29B, 29C and
29D; of the Public Records of'St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO all reservations, conditions, restrictions and
easements of record.
TOGETHER WITH all thetenements, hereditaments and appurten-
