by grants, 6argai-es, sells, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms unto the mortgagee all the eertatn land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St. Lucie County.
Fbrida, viz:
All of Government Lot 5, in Section ?, Township 35 South, Range 41 East,
together with littoral rights, but subject to county road rights of way deeded
to St. Lucie County, State of Florida by A. Etteene Baker, a widow, by deeds
recorded in Deed Book 81, page 371 and in Deed Book X34, page 376 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, but including aR~- interest or
title acquired by xhe grantors by virtue of the reverter clause set out in each
of the above mentioned deeds.
PROVIDED, that if mortgagor is not in default, mortgagee will grant in
recordable form partial releases of portions of the above described property
at the rate of $412. 50 per ocean front foot upon receipt of payment from the
mortgagor. Said releases shall begin at the South end of subject property and
run in strips from the East boundary to the West boundary and shall be parallel
to the South line thereof. All lands released shall be contiguous with land
previouslay released.
