County, Florida.

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
Before me, an officer duly authorized to ac~ninister
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared B. A.
BITTAN, JR., who, after being duly sworn, upon oath says:
That my name is B. A. BITTAN, JR.; that affiant is the at-
torney who represented the Estate of Dewey Crawford, deceased.
Affiant further states that subsequent to the con-
clusion of the estate of Dewey Crawford, deceased,-affiant
learned that Dewey Crawford apparently had purchased the above
described property from Heller Development Corporation in the
year 1959, but~that he had apparently not recorded the deed
in question. Affiant further states that he made a thorough
search of the remaining files of Dewey Crawford which came into
his possession at the time the Estate of Dewey Crawford was pro-
bated and that he found an unrecorded warranty deed from Heller
Development Corporation to Dewey Crawford dated the 28th day of
April, 1959, whereby the above described property was conveyed
to Dewey Crawford.
Affiant further states that the aforedescribed deed
was obviously delivered to Dewey Crawford prior to his death
and was in his possession at the time of his death and came
into the possession of affiant in his capacity as attorney for
the Estate of Dewey Crawford, deceased and remained in af-
fiant's possession until it was discovered among some personal
