Thence run East 62.93 feet along the North boundary of said lot to
a point; thence run South, a distance of 129.52 feet to the South
boundary line of said lot; thence run West 68.58 feet along the
South boundary line of said lot, to the West boundary line of said
lot; thence run 129.53 feet in a northerly direction, along the
westerly boundary line of said lot to the point of beginning.
This deed is given to correct a deficiency in legal description of
a former deed from grantors herein to grantee herein recorded in
Official Record Book 64, at page 445, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
