AFFIDAVIT
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
O. C. PETERSON, who, upon first being duly sworn , did depose and say:
1. Thgt he has personal knowledge of all of the facts
stated herein.
2. That on August 5, 1969 and on August 11, 1969, when
the Power of Attorney in favor of Olive D. Peterson was exercised on
behalf of Lillian H. Dame, to convey certain property to Blair B. Arnold,
et ux and John B. Glaze, et ux, respectively, said Lillian H. Dame was
in fact alive and competent.
