THIS RIDER 1S MADE A PART OF MORTGAGE DATED~~~~19b9,
between Calvin Kovens and Phyllis Kovens, his wife, Parties of the First Part,
(Mortgagor) and The Miami Beach First NationalBank, a national banking corporation
organised and existing under the laws of the United States; (Mortgagee), Party of
the Second Part.

Lots 59 to 66, both inclusive, of Unit One,
MARAVILLA GARDENS, according to the
Plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6 at Page
55, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, together with the right-of-way of
~fTindsor Avenue lying between Lots 59 and
60 afore said; Garden Avenue lying between
Lots 63 and 64 aforesaid; Park Boulevard
lying between Lots 65 and 66; and the canal
right-of-way between Lots 61 and 62, all of
which said right-of-ways have been abandoned
and the dedications revoked by Resolution
No. 2060 passed and adopted by the City
Commission of the City of Fort Pierce oa
February 13, 1961; subject nevertheless to
as easement over the right-of-way lying between
Lots 61 and 62 reserved by the City of Fort Pierce
under the resolution above referred to; TOGETHER
with buildings and improvements thereon and in-
cluding all right, title and interest of the Mortgagor
in and to all leases existing on the above-described
property.
