NOTICE OF LIS PENDENS
NOTICE IS F~REBY GIVEN That simultaneously with the
filing of this notice, a•suit has been instituted in the Circuit
Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, by C.I.T. Corporation,
plaintiff, against North Beach Development Company and D. B.
Putnam, defendants, involving the real property described on the
attached schedule. The relief sought is recovery on a promissory
note dated November 14, 1968, executed by North Beach Development
Company, and endorsed at or before execution and delivery by D. B.
Putnam. In connection with this suit, attachment of the property
described on the attached schedule is being sought.
For a more particular description of the relief sought
in this suit, reference is made to the Complaint filed in the
above action and to all other documents filed in the above
referenced action, on file in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for St. Lucie County, Florida.
