No. 1. All that portion of Government Lot ~, of Section
25, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying south of the
south line of "Royal Palm Way", (State Road A-1-A) and
west of the west right of way line of "Atlantic Beach
Boulevard", as shown on Plat of Unit 2, of North-Beach
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 7, page 51, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, including
herein Lots No. 50 through 98, both inclusive, except
Lot 95, of said Plat of Unit No. 2 of North Beach Sub-
division.
No. 2. Tract "B" FORT PIERCE SHORES, Unit 3, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 9, page 19, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the east right
of way line of County Road (Atlantic Beach Boulevard)
and the south line of Section 25, Township 34 South, Range
40 East, in St. Lucie County, Florida, said point being
950.5 feet east of the southwest corner of said Section 25;
run thence east along the south line of said Section 25,
827.7 feet to the high water line of the Atlantic Ocean
beach; thence north 18 deg. 13 min. West along the high
water line of -the Atlantic Ocean beach 564.1 feet; thence
North 86 deg. 562 min. West 663.4 feet to the east right-
of-way line of "Atlantic Beach Boulevard"; thence South
0 deg. 292 min. West, along the east right of way line of
"Atlantic Beach Boulevard", 368.3 feet to a .point of cur-
vature; thence on a 4 deg. 28 min. 42 sec. curve to the
left, 203.2 feet to the south line of aforesaid Section 25,
and to the point of beginning; excepting therefrom the
south 35 feet of aforesaid tract as described in right of
way deed, recorded in Deed Book 154, page 261, of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and including
riparian rights on the Atlantic Ocean.
No. 3. All that part of Government Lots 7 and 8, Section
26, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying south of the
southerly right of way line of State Road A-1-A, as
described in right of way deed recorded in Deed Book
145, page 351, of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, less that additional right of way for A-1-A as
in Official Records Book 142, page 330, Section 25, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 40 East.
No. 4. Lots 1 and 2, FISHER'S SUBDIVISION, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 14, Public
Records of St.-Lucie County, Florida - LESS - Road right-
of-way.
