recorded in Official Record Book 35, Page 33, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said lands ~-
lying south of Canal C-25 and east of the FIARIDA BAST
COAST RAILxAY COMPANY main lines, and being a ~trt of
Section 3, Township 35 South, Range 40 East in the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, run South 15°11'40' Bast, along
the southerly extension of the east line of said FORT
PIERCE DRYDOC$ AND TERMINAL COMPANY lands, 25.05 feet;
thence North 7$°21'50" East, 25.05 feet to an iron pipe,
the Point of Beginning, and the Southwest corner of the
lands herein described:
From said Point of Beginning run North 15°11'40" West,
parallel to and 25 feet easterly from the east line of
aforesaid FORT PIERCE DRYDOCB AND TERI~IINAL COMPANY lands,
621.76 feet to an iron pipe bn the south right-of~ay line
of Canal C-25 (Taylor Creek); thence North 5°4$'50" East,
along the south. right-of-way line of Canal C-25, 231.15
feet to an iron pipe; thence South 15°11'40" East 591.73
feet to an iron pipe; thence South 7$° 21.' S0„ West, 227.34
feet to tie Point of Beginning, together frith all riparian
rights appertaining thereto.
Subject to restrictions, reservations and easements of record,
zoning ordinances affecting said property, if any, and taxes
subsequent to the year 1968.
