From an iron pipe at the northeast corner of lands of Fort Pierce
Drydock and Terminal Company as per deed recorded in Official Record
Book 35, Page 33, of the Pubic Records of 3t. Lucie County, Florida,
said lands lying South of Canal C-25 and east of the Florida gist Coast
Railxay Company mainlines, and being a part of Section 3, Toxnship 35
South, Range 40 Saat in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida, said iron
pipe also being the ~'oint of Beginning of lands described in Right-of-
Way Deed dated 25 April, 196$ betxeen Fort Pierce Port and Terminal
Company and the City of Fort ~ierce Florida, as recorded in Official
Record Book 171, Page 2313, of the ~t. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records;
From said Point of Beginning run thence South 15° 11. 40" East, along
the east line of aforesaid Fort Pierce Drydock and Terminal Company
land and the southxard extension thereof, 625.05 feet to a point;
thence Korth 7$°21'50" East, 25.05 feet to a point; thence North
15°11140" West, parallel to and 25 feet easterly from the aforesaid
east line of Fort Pierce Drydock and Terminal Company land, 621.76
feet to a point on the south right-of-xay line of Canal C-25; thence
South $5°48150" West, 25.4? feet to the Point of Beginning.
TOGETHER WITH the folloxing described property to-zits From the
intersection of the Bast right-of-xay line of the F.E.C.R.R. and
the South right-of-xay line of C-25 Canal, run North 69°1$150" Bast
19$.67 feet, thence North $5°4$'50" Fast 251.33 feet for a point of
beginning; thence South 15°11140" Fast a distance of 600 feet, thence
South ?$°21150" west a distance of 90 feet to the East right-of-way
line of North 2nd Street, thence South $°231 East along said East right-
of-xay line of North 2nd Street, a distance of 25.05 feet more or less,
thence North 7$°21150" Bast a distance of 120.46 feet, thence North
15°11'40" West a distance of 625.30 feet more or less to the South
right-of-xay line of C-25; thence South $5°4$'50" West a distance of
25.47 feet to the point of beginning.
