KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT
J. T. STEWART MORTGAGE COMPANY, INC.
a corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, of the firrt part, in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in law-
ful money of the United States, to it in head paid by
FBDHRAL NATIONAL ?liORTGAGB ASSOCIATION
Party of the second part, at or before the unsealing and delivery of
these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold, assigned, transferred and sat over, and by these preeent• does hereby grant,
bargain, Aell, assign. transfer and set over unto the said party of the second part a
oartain indenture of mortgage bearing date June 9th, 1969,
made by ~~AS J. HORI.SY, JR. and SILDA R. H[1RLSY, his wife,
and recorded in Official Records Book 178 ,page 1064 , or under Clerk's File
Number 179756 ,Public Records of St. Lucie ,County, Florida, upon the
following described piece or parcel of land, situated and being in St. Lucie
County, State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot 1 , Block 15 . of RIVER PARK UPTIT 2,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 10, at Page 72, Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the cote or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second part, it successors
and assigns forever; the said party of the first part. has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by its
Treasurer this 12th J day of August 19 69.
