THIS INDBNI'~JRS, made this 6th
day of August, 1969,
between John A. Barnes and Anna Barnes, husband and Wife, both
of 111 Indian Neck Avenue, Branford, County of NeW Haven, State
of Connecticut, parties of the first part, and xenneth W. Manfolk
and Verna S. Menfolk, husband and Wife, or the survivor, both of
1411 N. 6th Street, Montevideo, County of Chippewa, State of
Minnesota, parties of the second part, for and in consideration-
of the sum of Oae dollar and other valuable considerations, to
them in hand paid by the said parties of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land;
All that certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, known as Lot No. 8 in
Block No. 38 as shown on the Plat of Sunland Gardens, said plat
having been recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, Ft. Pierce, Florida, on October 14, 1953, in Plat Book 9,
Page 67.
Said premises are subject to covenants and conditions set
forth in a deed from Sunland Gardens, Inc. to John A. Barges and
Anna Barnes dated September 18, 1958, filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in
Book No. 240, Pages 623.624.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
