PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that:
WHEREAS, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, authorized to transact
business in the State of Florida, did cause the subdivision plat entitled "RIVER PARK
UNIT 9, PART "A", to be recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
and
WHEREAS, utility and drainage easements are reserved for the installation and main-
tenance of public utilities and drainage facilities,
and
WHEREAS, GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION is desirous of releasing a portion of two
such easements.
NOW, THEREFORE, for value received GENERAL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION does hereby release,
relinquish and quit-claim forever all of its right, title and interest in and to a
portion of the 20 foot easements located in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The North 5 feet of the 20 foot easement as shown in Lot 12, Block 73;
The Northwesterly 5 feet of the 20 foot easement as shown in
Lot 14, Block 73;
Both in "RIVER PARK UNIT 9 PART "A" as recorded in Plat Book 14,
Page 31 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
