TOGETHER WITH the refrigerator situate therein.
SUBJECT TO a mortgage from Ray L. Fisher and wife to First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated August 25, 196?, recorded
in O. R. Book.16? at page 2875, securing the original sum of X12, 000, and
having a remaining balance of $11, 551.13 ,which mortgage debt the grantees
assume and agree to pay.
