these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted. bargained,
sold, assigned, transferred and set over, and by these presents does hereby grant,

certain indenture of mortgage bearing date July 23rd, 1969,
made by LORIN A. SENN and MILDRED R. SENN, his wife, ~

Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and the money due and
to become due thereon, with interest accrued and owing thereon.

and assigns forever; the said party of the first part has caused these presents to be
signed in its name by its President, and its corporate seal to be affixed, attested by-its
Treasurer this 13th day of August 19 69
