LOUIS W. SCHWICKER and FLORENCE SCHWICKER, his wife, and OLIVIA
C. BUCHANAN, surviving spouse of William E. Buchanan, deceased, a single
woman, hereinafter called the GRANTOR, to ALVIN JUSTICE and PEARL
JUSTICE, his wife, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, and BOBBIE HORNER and
SHIRLEY HORNER, his wife, as to an undivided 1/2 interest, whose post-
office address is 4505 North Ocean Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter
called the GRANTEES:

That the GRANTORS for an in consideration of the sum of TEN and
no/100 (10.00) DOLLARS and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
