Beginning at the intersection of the present Westerly
right of way of State Road AlA and the North line of
said North 100 feet of said South 1700 feet of -said
Government Lot 1; run thence Rest on the North line
of said North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet, 240 feet
(more or less) to a point; thence South 80 feet to the
North line of a private road 20 feet wide; thence East
parallel with the North line of said North 100 feet of
the South 1700 feet of said Government Lot 1, and on
the North line of said private road, 266.33 feet, more
or less, to the West right of way of State Road AlA;
thence Northwesterly with said Westerly right of way
of State Road AlA 84.13 feet, more or less, to the
point of beginning.
EXCEPTING FROM PARCELS I and II~-all easements
heretofore granted for ingress and egress.
SUBJECT to a mortgage of record in favor of The Indian
River Citrus Bank which the Grantees assume and agree
to pay.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtena
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the GRANTORS hereby covenant with said GRANTEES that the
GRANTORS are lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the G
