the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Stella ORens, a widow,
dated Match 6, 19 59 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Mtg. Book 153, on pages
695-696 ,securing the payment of the surd of Sovan Thousand One Hundred Fifty and i1o/100

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
