This cause came on this day for a hearing and trial before the Court without the intervention of a
jury and the Court finding that the defendant Robert & Sarah Hendry
is indebted to the plaintiff , General Finance Loan Company
in the sum of a 423 84 ;therefore:
It is Considered, Ordered and Adjudged that said plaintiff do have and recover of and from said
defendant the sum of ~ 423 F34 ~ damages together with the costs in this behalf expended and herein
taxed at # 18.00 for all of which let execution issue.
