HomeMy WebLinkAbout1200 (5) The condition of the foregoing Mortgage Amendment and substitution of the land described in the Mortgage for the herein described condominium parcels shall be as folloxa: (a) Prior to substitution of the condominium apart~menta for the mortgaged ]aq~ds under the original Mortgage Agreement, the Mert~agee shall receive architect's certificate certit`ying completion of the INLET HOUSE CON- DOMIl1IUM APARTMBNTS BLDG. 1. Mortgagee shall further receive contractor's certificate of completion and final inspection from all governmental agencies shall be delivered unto Mortgages prior to partial release lien granted. (6) It is specifically understood and agreed that only the lands covered by the INLET HOUSE C0[~IDCl~II1~ItAri APAR~ENT BLDG. 1, adjacent parking spaces and recreation area shall continue under the original Mortgage on the effective date of the Amendment and Substitution herein described and it is agreed that the Mortgagee shall partially release all remaining lands n©t covered by the above described improvements.
