ASSIGNMENT OP MORTGAGE 't~~~
THAT GROSS ENTERPRISES, INC., Post Office Drawer 400,
Fort Pierce, Florida, party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars (10.00) and OVC, lawful money of
the United States received from or on behalf of the Florida
Bank at Fort Pierce, Saint Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida,
party of the second part, at or before the ense sling and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, da hereby grant, bargain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain
Mortgage bearing date the 15th day of June, A.D. 1968, made by
Elmer E. Bass and Ha2e1 L. Bass, his wife, in favor of Grose
Enterprises, Inc., and recorded in O. R. Book i72, page 1304,
Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, upon the following
described piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said
County and State, to-wit:
The East 100 feet of the West 386 feet of
Lot 28, of Industrial Subdivision, as per plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 5, of
the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in-said
mortgage.
To have and to hold the same unto the said party of the
second part, its legal representatives, successors and assigns
forever .
