QUITCLAIM DEED

THIS QUITCLAIM DEED, Executed this 12th day of August, 1969,
by ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, first party, to NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER
DRAINAGE DISTRICT, a public corporation organized under the drain-
age laws of the State of Florida, whose-post office address is
Route #4, Box 611-A, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, second party:
WHEREAS, the NORTH ST. LUCIE RIVER DRAINAGE DISTRICT by
Right~of Way Deed dated August 4, 1951 and recorded in Deed Book
169, at page 322, conveyed to St. Lucie County, Florida for right
of way purposes, without valuabie_consideration, the hereinafter
described lands in said county, and
WHEREAS, said county has not used said land for the con-
struction or maintenance of a road thereon and the adjoining land
is owned by the North St. Lucie River Drainage District who has
made written demand that said right of way be returned to it by
Quitclaim deed under the provisions of Chapter 67-383, Laws of
Florida, Acts of 196?. _ ~

WITNESSETH, That the said first party, pursuant to the pro- 'S 3,d
visions of said Chapter 67-383, does hereby remise, release and
quit-claim unto the said second party forever, all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand which the said first party has in and to
the following described lands in the County of St. Lucie, State of
Florida, to-wit:
The North 49.5 feet of the NEB of the NEB of
the NE's of Section 13, Township 35 South,
Range 39 East, Excepting therefrom the-East
40 feet thereof.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular
the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim
whatsoever of the said first party, either in law or equity, to
