PARCEL I:
The South five (5) feet of that part of the following land lying East of
AlA:
The North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the North
half of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, as measured at right angles to the south line of said Government Lot 1
as shown on plat of survey of said Section 23 recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21,
of the St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, less the right of way for
State Road AlA, including littoral and riparian rights.
PARCEL II
The South twenty (20) feet of that part of the following land lying West
of AlA and East of the canal (said canal being about 1324 feet West of AlA):
The North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1, in the North
half of Section 23, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida
as measured at right angles to the south line of said Government Lot 1 as shown
on plat of survey of said Section 23 recorded in Plat Book 8, page 21, of the
St. Lucie County, Florida, public records, less the right of way for State
Road AlA, including littoral and riparian rights.

Part of the North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of Government Lot 1,
in the North half (N-1/2) of Section 23, Toli~ia 34 South, Range 40 East, as
measured at right angles from the South line of said L.ot 1, as shown on survey
recorded in Plat Book 8, page 81, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the presern Westerly right of way of State Road
AlA and the North line of said North 100 feetsaid South 1700 feet of said
Government Lot 1; run thence West on the N" `line of t3a~d North 100 feet
of the South 1700 feet, 240 feet (more or less) to a point; thence South 80
feet to the North line of a private road 20 feet wide; thence East parallel
with the North line of said North 100 feet of the South 1700 feet of said
Government Lot 1, and on the North line of said private road, 266.33 feet,
more or less, to the West right of way of State Road AlA; thence Northwesterly
with said Westerly right of way of State Road AlA 84.13 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING FROM PARCELS I and Y1 all easements heretofore granted for
ingress and egress.
