Before me, the undersigned agthority, personally appea=ed John W.
Collins, who upon first being duly sworn, did depose and say:

1. That he is Assistant Vice President of First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, and has
personal knowledge of the facts recited herein.
2. That the mortgage executed for First Federal Savings
and Loan Association of Fort Pierce by Donald E.
Raulerson and Brenda Raulerson, his wife, dated June
30, 1969 and recorded in O. R. Book 178, Page 1841,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, contained
an erroneous description of the mortgage security which
was subsequently corrected by a corrective instrument
between the same parties recorded in O. R. Book 179,
Page 791.
3. That the mortgagors, Donald E. Raulerson and Brenda
Raulerson, his wife,-claim no right, title or interest
in the property erroneously described in the mortgage
recorded in O. R. Book 178, Page 1841.
4. Further affiant sayeth not.
