From the Northwest-corner of Lot 26, Block 3, ELDORADO
SUBDIVISION, proceed easterly alcmg the north right of
way line a distance of five feet to the POINT OF BEGIN-
NING. From said P.O.B. proceed easterly a distance of
79 feet along the north right of way of said lot to a
point, thence proceed southwesterly a distance of 79.1
feet to a point on a line parallel to and five feet east
of the west line of said lot. Thence proceed northerly
along said line 4 feet to the point of beginning.
From the Southwest corner of Lot 2, Block 4, ELDORADO
SUBDIVISION, proceed easterly along the north right of
way line of Avenue "G" a distance of 5 feet to the
point of beginning. Fran said P.O.B., proceed easterly
along said North right of way line a distance of 79 feet
to a point. From said point proceed northwesterly a dis-
tance of 79.1 feet to a point on a line parallel to and
5 feet east of the west line of said lot. Thence pro-
ceed southerly along said line 4 feet to the P.O.B.

County, Florida. .
The relief sought as to such property~is to condemn the same for
a public purpose, to-wit: for the construction of and maintenance of a
public sidewalk, with appurtenances and other relief against the above
named Defendants.
