KNOW ALL MEN BY TRESS PRESENTS, that THOMAS FARRINGTON, Executor
of the Estate of MARION A. HART, Deceased, appointed as such in
File No. 8446-68, in the Surrogate's Court of Kings County, New York,
pursuant to order of Court, an exemplified copy of which is attached
hereto, for good and valuable consideration to him in hand paid,
receipt is hereby acknowledged, has and does hereby transfer, assign
and set over, without recourse, unto MSTBpPOLITAI~ M08TGAG$ COMPAH?
all of the following identified Mortgages, and the promissory Notes
secured thereby, including accrued interest thereon. Each of said
