Petition of THOMAS FARRINGTON as Executor of the
Estate of Marion A. Hart, deceased. duly verified the 29th
day of July. 1969, wherein Petitioner requests approval of
the assignment of certain mortgages in Florida, and the
sale thereof of the notes and mortgages in the sum of
$4.674.23 having been received, and due deliberation having
been had thereon, on the motion of McDermott. Turner & Hart
ORDERED that the prayer of the Petitioner be granted
