PLAT FILING S_ AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT made this 19th day of August 1969
by and between BRIARGATS CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, here-
inafter called the Corporation, and the BOARD OF COUNTY COM1~lISSION-
SRS OF ST. LUCIS COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereinafter called the County.
WI TNES SETH:
WHEREAS, the Corporation has applied to the County to be
allowed to record plats and sell to the public land known and de-
scribed as follows:
Sheraton Plaza, Unit 2, Plat Book 14, Page 38
Sheraton Plaza, Unit 3, Plat Book 14, Page 39
Sheraton Plaza, Unit 4, Plat Book 14, Page 40.
WHEREAS, the development plan, plat, advertising and litera-
ture offering said property to the public represents that said
lands will be improved with street and drainage facilities ac-
cording to the development plans approved by the County Engineer,
and
WHEREAS, the construction of improvements on said lands has
not progressed to completion and the completion is not assured by
reason of a bond or similar undertaking posted with the County, and
WHEREAS, it is the purpose of the Corporation in and by this
agreement to place in escrow warranty deeds conveying certain
property to the County to secure the installation of paved streets
and drainage facilities according to plans approved by the County
Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Corporation hereby places in escrow with
Abstract & Title Corp. of Florida, Ft. Pierce, Fla. the attached
warranty deeds conveying to St. Lucie County the following de- _
scribed property in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
