HomeMy WebLinkAbout1313 Lots 140 through 144, inclusive, Unit 1 of Sheraton Plaza, Plat Book 14, page 32 Lots 130 through 134, inclusive, Unit 2 of Sheraton Plaza, Plat Book 14, page 38 Lots 120 through 129, inclusive, Unit 3 of Sheraton Plaza, Plat Book 14, page 39 upon the following terms and conditions: 1. If the Corporation shall complete the installation of paved streets and drainage facilities in Units 2, 3 and 4 of Sheraton Plaza according to the plans approved by the County Engi- Weer by August 1, 1974, the escrow agent shall, upon written notice from said County Engineer that all work is completed, return said deeds to the Corporation. 2. If the Corporation does not complete the installation of paved streets and drainage facilities in Units 2, 3 and 4 of Sheraton Plaza according to the plans approved by the County En- gineer by August 1, 1974, the escrow agent shall, upon written notice from the County Engineer that said work is not completed, deliver said deeds to the County. 3. If the Corporation defaults in the mortgage to the First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce dated May 22, 1968 and recorded in O. R. Book 172, at page 159, covering Lots 140 through 144, inclusive, of Unit 1 and Lots 130 through 134, inclusive, Unit 2 of Sheraton Plaza, prior to the snstallation of paved streets and drainage facilities in Units 2, 3 and 4 of Sheraton Plaza, the escrow agent shall, upon written notice from said mortgagee that said mortgage is in default, deliver the deed to said lots to the County. 4. If the Corporation defaults in the mortgage to the Citizens Federal Savings and Loan Association of St. Lucie County dated May 22, 1968 and recorded in O. R. Book 172, at page 102, covering Lots 120 through 129, inclusive, Unit 3 of Sheraton Plaza, prior to -2- Paa~179 r~131R
