2. That a Notice of adoption of this Resolution shall be pub-
lished in the News Tribune, Fort Pierce, Florida, one time within
thirty X30) days of the date hereof.
3. That the proof of publication of the Notice of Public Hear-
ing, a certified copy of this Resolution, and the proof of publica-
tion of the Notice of adoption of this Resolution be recorded in
the deed records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
