Satisfaction of Mortgage
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by George T. Miller and
Julia H. Miller, his wife, dated .July 1, 19 69 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. Book 1T8, on Page
1937-1938, securing the payment of the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred and no/100---•------
---------------------------------------------------------------Dollars (S 2,500.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida,
loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. The purpose of this Satisfaction of Mortgage is to evidence the
fact that the above mentioned mortgage loan was never disbursed and closed.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said First Federal Savings and loan Associaton of Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be
