of One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid by the second
party, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant
unto the second party an easement, license and privilege to enter
upon, and to clear, excavate and remove soil, clay and other
material for construction of a ditch and dike ,_,-upon the
following described land in the County of St. Lucie and State of
Florida, to-wit:
The East 60.5 feet of the West 160.5 feet of
Section 15, Township 37 South,-Range 38 East
lying North of Glades Cut-Off Road.

against all persons claiming by, through, or under the said part~_

THE TERM OF THIS EASEMENT shall be -18- months from the
