D. 1969, by and between EARMAN OIL CO, , INC. , a Florida corporation, hereafter called the "Owner", and PURE OIL DIVLSION, UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a California corporation, hereafter called the "Mortgagee," WITNESSETH: For value received and as additional security for the loan hereafter mentioned, the Owner sells, transfers and assigns unto the Mortgagee, its successors and assigns, all the right, title and interest of the Owner in and to the rents, issues, profits, revenues, royalties, rights and benefits from the following-described property: From the Southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter (SE 4) of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East; run South 89° 38' 30" East along the South line of said Section 27 a distance of 78.00 feet to a concrete monument on East right-of-way of U. S. Highway No. 1; thence run North 2° 08' 30~' West along the said right-of-way a distance of 300.28 feet to a concrete monument and the Pbint of Be- ginning; thence, continue North 2° OS' 30" West a distance of 300.06 feet along the East right-af-way of present U. S. Highway No. 1 to a concrete monument; thence, run South 89° 38' 30" East a distance of 502.48 feet to a concrete monument; thence, run South 2° 34' 50r' West a distance of 240.06 feet to an iron pin; thence, run North 89° 38' 30" West a distance of 240.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence, run South 2° 34' S0~' West a distance of 60.00 feet to a concrete monument; thence, run North 89° 38' 30f' West a distance of 237.60 feet to the Point of Beginning; AND ALSO, that part of the South 275.00 feet of the South- west Quarter (SW 4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section 27, Township 35 South, Range 40 East lying East of U. S. Highway No. 1, less, however, the North 25.00 feet and the East 15.00 feet for right-of-way. A survey of this property prepared by Lloyd and Associates, Engineers and Surveyors, Vero Beach, Florida, on April 16, 1968.
