KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corporation under
the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by
wife, Della Mae Singleton
dated July 19th
Arthur Singleton and
19 57 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Iytg. Book 139 on page s
81-82 ,securing the payment of the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred and NO/100----------
------------------------------------------------------------- Dollars (S 1,500.00 )
covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, loth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit{laim all right, title and interest conveyed by acid mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record.
