consideration of the sum of TEN DOLLARS (110.00) and other good and valuable considerations unto them in hand
paid, the receipt whereof 1s hereby acknowledged, and for the purpose of inducing THE COMMERCIAL BANK at

1. So bug as the note hereinabove referred to, of any portion thereof, ac say extension or renewal thereof, and
also any andallother indebtednessofthe Borrower, of either of them, to said Bank, whether ioint or several, here-
toface or heteaker incurred, of any nature whatsoever, shall remain unpaid, either before or aker the maturity
thereof, the said Borrower will do the following things. to-wit:
(a) Pay promptly when due all fire and wind-storm insurance pprremiums, taxes, assessments, dues and charges of
every kind imposed or levied upon thetr real and personallcopertyprior tothe time when any such sums shall
become delinquent or in default; and
(b) Promptly payy when due any and aII sums due and owing on any mastgage or odter encumbrance on the prop-
ertyhereinaftet described and will never suffer or permit any mortgage lien or encumbrance thereon to be-
come delinquent or go imo default.
2, The Borrower agree that they will not, without first procuring the_COnient 1n writing of the said Bank here-

3. TheBotrowenag~teethsttheyshaIInot have the privilege, nar will they sell. transfer, assign, hypothecate, or
in any manner whatever, dispose of the property, or any interest therein, owned by them, including specifically. but

4. If the Borrowers shalldefault anyoft6e covenants, promises, and agree~e a to be made,
date, and performed by them, or if they shall attempt to transfer, sell, hypotheda say of
the property of the Borrowers without fiat procuring the consent in writing of ~~ ~i . er of any
of such events, the Bank may, in addition to snq and all other rights which the Bank may have, declare the entire
remaining unpaid principal and interest of any such obllgatiocu or indebtednesses then remaining unpaid to the Bank,

rowers, both real and personal, including. but not limited to, the real estate hereinabave described, which lien may
be enforced by foreclosure in the same manner as a mortgage rosy be enforced for default.
